- Each
shipment includes a handwritten gift card and comes in a high-density
foam shipping container with plenty of dry ice (and proper handling
instructions).
- Ice
cream is normally shipped via 2nd day shipping.
Delivery Details
- Orders
are shipped Monday-Wednesday each week and will typically arrive
Tuesday-Friday, during the day. Orders placed after 10:00AM EST on
Wednesday will likely be shipped the following week.
- We
strongly recommend that you notify recipient in advance to expect
delivery of a perishable item. Item will be left on the front porch or
similar location and will stay frozen into the evening. Please confirm
that the recipient will be available to recieve the delivery (even if
they are not present when it is delivered) and that the delivery
address is correct.
- If
you need to have your order received on a specific date please call or
e-mail us, and we will do our best to meet your needs. An additional
shipping charge applies if overnight or Saturday shipping is required
to meet your needs.
- If
you have any last minute requests, such as Saturday delivery, please
call us and we will do our best to meet your needs. An additional
shipping charge would apply.
- You
should receive an e-mail with the shipping tracking number so that you
may be able to track your ice cream order.
Dry Ice
- There
will be enough dry ice included in your shipment to last for several
hours after delivery. Please handle dry ice with care. Instructions
will be provided.
Outside the U.S.
Shipping outside of the United States is not
available at this time.
